Ambra is in the "Farmer's House", next to the main house. Located on the upper floor, it can also be reached by lift. A sense of calm well-being overtakes us upon entering the "Ambra", it may be the softness of the wood of the nineteenth-century wardrobe garnished with brass friezes, the bedside tables and the sober desk, it may be the color of the headboard of the bed, like a segment of rising sun, a delicious honey-colored crescent.
A metal group of gray herons - almost golden - stands out from the wall, on the console-desk, waiting to take flight towards their habitat: the garden, the great plain, the play of the waters of the rice fields.
Ambra is bright, a beautiful French window decorated with a small wrought iron balcony overlooks the glicine courtyard, the swimming pool and the Monferrato hills; the same enveloping light is found in the bathroom, which is accessed by a sliding door, where a large window enjoys the same view of the swimming pool. Choosing Amber is giving yourself a small privilege, a moment of gentle and welcoming relaxation. We dedicate this room Plato, in Timaeus, recalls that the color amber comes from the combination of orange and grey, therefore it holds within itself the warmth of the sun and the quiet sweetness of a light trace of shadow: it is for bright, joyful and reflective souls.
